![]() There’s a bunch of other things along the way in this exchange where they were super rude but this review is already long enough! Just do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! Unless you want to have your time wasted and be overall Scammed!! ![]() The following day I get an email just completely full of straight up LIES, that the offer we have in the emails with their letterhead isn’t the right price! That it wasn’t the out the door price even though we have the saved voice mail! I have bought a new car every 3/4 years for the last 20 years! My uncle was a sales manager for a dealership for almost 20 years! And this was by FAR the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. Not only did they try to offer me $5,000 less than the lowest quote for my trade in, and I would lose the $2,000 tax credit because California doesn’t do that, they then proceeded to get his boss on the phone who told me, “ if you have those offers in writing sell your car to them and come buy our car“ when I said to him “if I sell my car to them here in Las Vegas how am I supposed to get down to you and buy the car” to which he responded in the rudest most condescending tone “SIR THATS NOT MY CONCERN “ really that’s how you try to make a sale!! Aside from that even with the proof of the offers in writing they quoted me an OUT THE DOOR $39,259!!! For a vehicle with an MSRP OF $6,000 LESS THAN ONE THAT THEY WERE WILLING TO SELL FOR $37,980 OUT THE DOOR!!! How does that make any sense!! Do These people think I don’t communicate with my sister! That we didn’t send them the offers in writing as well as had the voicemail from the sales girl saved! They just got rude and said I was BEING DIFFICULT because I asked them to just explain how they were willing to sell a car with an MSRP of 40k + for $37,980 out the door but they wanted $39,259 for one with an MSRP of $33k! At that point they just hung up on me. I gave them all the numbers that my sister had given me of screenshots of the prices they had offered to sell the car for IN WRITING, the offers I had received for my car IN WRITING. So since I like less ”bells & whistles“ I contacted them for a base model version of the same car with a significantly lower MSRP than the highest trim! I was abundantly clear that I was direct to the point, i didn’t want to waste my time or have me waste theirs I just wanted to give them my numbers and they can do what they wanted as far as the value of my trade, the sale price of the car etc! Just as long as I would give them my trade and cash on top, and we both walk away with our respective cars! That way I didn’t have to be haggling over the specifics, none of that nonsense, If they can do it fine, if not I understand and thanks for your time. STAY AWAY!!! If you wanted to be disrespected, insulted, patronized and straight up DEFRAUDED! Then by all means go see MICHAEL CONROY at this dealership!!! When you buy a car the game is always you go high I go low everyone knows this! I ONLY contacted this dealership because they recently seemed to be negotiating with my sister on the price of a new car, it didn’t work out for her but they quoted her a price in writing for $37,607 plus taxes but then called her a week later and on a voice mail and gave her a quote for $37,980 OUT THE DOOR! For that particular model it was the highest trim level. ![]()
